Develop profitable business by acquire new potential customers and enrich the existing client database through selecting, coaching, training and leading the sales team which is considered to be the company’s representative for the clients


Maintain a physical presence in the market to ensure understanding of customer’s needs-

Set clear and deliver objectives that are consistent with the company’s goals with each member of the team-

Support successful execution in the market; product delivery, distribution, storage, promotion, supply, merchandising, credit collection-

Lead problem solving-

Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions-

Update the scoreboard on a weekly basis, and review progress versus objectives and take corrective action as appropriate-

Develop group training as required, and provide recognition and feedback to frontline-

Assessing the customer representative performance through field visits and set the right plan for developing the front liners-


Bachelor’s  degree in any field-

2-5 years of sales experience-

Supervisory experience-
